To do an exchange with Leemlu the product must fulfil the following conditions,
1. Unused
2. Unwashed
3. No damage
4. Complete packaging With tags ( If hang tag attached )
5. 30 days old product
6. The product must not be the final sale product.
7. Same product of different sizes.
8. Only US and GCC countries order are exchangeable.
Ways Of Exchange Processing
We are receiving Exchange through below two methods,
1. Exchange At Return Bars
We are official partner of Happy Return having 6000+ Return and Exchange Bars across the United State Of America.
We are receiving Label and Package Free Exchange through any of the 6000+ Return Bars across the US.
This is simplest and seamless way of Processing Exchange and not charging s single penny at any of the Return Bars because of Free Exchange Policy.
Step By Step Method Of Process
This is the few steps simple process for Processing Exchange,
STEP 1
Simply click here on Start Return or Exchange or Go to Footer Menu of www.leemlu.com Click on Start Return and Exchange from the information Section.
STEP 2
When you Click on the Start Return and Exchange, the new window will open then put your Zip/Postal Code and order number and Click start your Return.
STEP 3
Choose the product you want to Exchange and reason of your Exchange also pick another product with which you want to Exchange.
STEP 4
Select the Exchange method and choose Drop Off at any Happy Return location. The system will also show all the nearest Location of Happy Return according to your Zip Code.
STEP 5
Preview your Exchange.
STEP 6
You will Receive a QR Code at the Email you have used while ordering the item, pick your product you Started Exchange for, and arrive at any Location of Happy Return.
STEP 7
At counter show your QR Code, Returnista will collect the product from you and scan your QR Code.
2. Exchange By Mails
If you are not comfortable with the above method because of reasons, you can opt this method as well,
1. This Method required full Packing and Label.
2. This Method is also Free, we will provide Free Label.

Select the Return method and choose Exchange By Mail.
STEP 5
Preview your Exchange.
STEP 6
You will Receive a Shipping Label at the Email you have used while ordering the item, print the Shipping Label and affix to the package of the product.
STEP 7
Drop the package at nearest Post office.
